The company and all management recognize that complying with international labor standards and safeguarding labor rights are the basic conditions for a responsible company, and are also the expectations of stakeholders such as consumers, customers, the public and the government.
The company is committed to abiding by national labor laws and regulations, internationally recognized labor standards, and other applicable industry standards and international conventions, and continuously improving working conditions and employee benefits.
Conduct regular reviews of company policies for continuous improvement. The review should take into account changes in the law, changes in your own code of conduct requirements and other company requirements.
Company policies should be effectively documented, implemented, maintained, communicated and made readily available in a clear and understandable form to all employees, including general managers, department heads and employees, whether employed directly, on a contract basis or otherwise representing the company ;

Fulfilling social responsibilities is a necessary condition for the company to provide good products to meet customer needs. The company appoints senior managers to be responsible for social responsibility management, establish, implement and maintain a good social responsibility management system, and extend this requirement to suppliers and subcontractors.
